I purchased 2Bliss Chrome Square TMV2 Thermostatic Fixed Head Shower with Riser Rail and Detachable Head from JT Spas a couple of months ago one of which is installed. Couple of months on and I am delighted with both the shower head and the service I received from JT Spas. I had read some pretty awful reviews about them prior to purchase so I phoned up and spoke to them directly prior to purchase. As they said, happy customers rarely ever leave reviews, hence I am changing that! There were also problems with their card verification authorisation which blocked my credit card payment, again a bit annoying, but not JT Spas fault. In the end, although wary of doing so, I made the payment by bank transfer, again thankfully without issue. I guess the best compliment I can pay them I would happily purchase form them again in the future. "
