Well packaged, delivered promptly, shower is of good quality. Only problem is the waste pipe and trap are of terrible quality and will block or fail in no time, I’m trying to replace but the diameter is not a standard uk size. I would of preferred to pay a litttle extra than have this below standard waste.

I am very happy with the service from JT Spas. Delivered on time as arranged. The shower cabin instructions were very poor, so I had to guess, but managed to build the shower cabin. I certainly would improve aspects of its design, but on the whole it works and looks nice.

We ordered a bath and was told 5-10 delivery it came in 5! fast delivery considering we live in south Wales, can't fault the bath there was no damage in transit and looks lovely in place. Well done JT SPAS!

Came on time and the delivery men were fantastic. The shower enclosure is fitted and works well. Very pleased with the outcome.

I purchased a LISNA WATERS LWSL03 900mm x 900mm steam shower cabin which was cheaper on the JT Spas website (now I know why). The packaging was very damaged upon arrival so I quickly checked inside but could not see anything obvious but the delivery drivers had quickly driven off. After opening all packaging a few weeks later when ready to install, I found the metal frame was damaged where the panels click together. I managed to straighten the profile enough for the frames to fit. Also found the black mirror backing was flawed in a couple of places which would not stick back down properly. Instructions were poor for the frame assembly and non-existant for the electrical connections (luckily I'm a professional tradesman). The pre-fixed plumbing on the centre panel was defective with silicon hoses crimped by the way they had been routed. Again I sorted this out fitting new silicon hoses where more room was available. Some of the touch buttons don't work effectively or not at all in the case of the volume control for the radio. The characters for different showering modes are labeled in the wrong place. Both the brackets for the control box and steam generator had to be modified to allow for flush fitting behind the centre panel. The waste assembly supplied is very cheap and beware in European sizes. On the whole, the shower felt cheap and wish I had returned it for another brand. Looks ok now installed but I would not choose this brand again. If you are seriously considering a steam shower cabin I would steer clear and look at alternative brands. To JT Spas, my advice would be to remove this product from your website I have reasonable doubts about its build quality.

We had a positive experience from the company I wouldn't recommend the bath I bought tho The on but for the spa is in a position where you always turn it on by mistake and is hard to turn off resulting in water all over the wall The plug is also in the middle where you constantly open it with your bum

Product was as described and was delivered within 4 days of the order being placed. When it was discovered that the mounting brackets for a shelf were missing I contacted the company and replacement parts were dispatched via Royal Mail and were received 2 days later. An excellent service.

Disappointing quality, wouldn't recommend! I ordered a spa bath, three issues experienced in the one order; (1) I rang and asked to remove the waste and plug well in advance of delivery and it was confirmed this would be removed and I would be refunded. It arrived with it and when I checked my bank account - no refund. I rang them and they eventually found the call details and said the Operator forgot to hit save. (2) The bath legs didn't fit the bath, they didn't fit around the piping and my fitter was therefore unable to fit the bath on the day booked and I had to wait around 5 days for them to arrive. The existing bath had been removed by the time we realised so I was without a bath or shower for this time and needing to go to work in a professional job. I live in a one bedroom flat. It delayed the entire job and cost me money paying my fitter purely because they'd sent the wrong parts. (3) The bath end costing ÂŁ30 was the wrong width. 750mm for a 700mm bath which required removing the lip to fit to size, doubling the fitting time but also a shabby, unprofessional finish, with no sturdiness, or rigidity, likely to get broken in the not too distant future. You don't tend to expect fitters to cut plastic because it's prone to crack. Ultimately I had to purchase the correct end from Travis Perkins for nearly half the price, ÂŁ16.38 to get a professional finish on the bath I'd paid a lot of money for. After raising the issue they simply replied you have to cut it to size yourself and offered no resolution whatsoever.

I see the end panel supplied with your Trojan bath was slightly larger width but that Trojan the product manufacturer advised this panel was to be trimmed to suit and its common practice Trojan Baths advised as this panel design is used with a range of their products. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and would love to hear your thoughts on how we can make things better. Is there anything else we can do to make up for your difficult experience with us? AVOID AT ALL COST. . ! ! order number 43389 They have taken weeks for delivery. I still haven't received the product yet. No communication for the seller. This has haunted by whole bathroom work I would suggest think twice before ordering from them . They have a huge delay in their product. Regards Dr Nick

Good Morning Dr Nick You ordered 7 working days ago, and selected the free delivery option at the checkout which advertises the bath delivery to be Free Delivery 5- 14 Working Days on the shopping cart. We dispatched the bath the day after your order and I can see via the tracking system The transport courier company 4 days later had routed your bath to their delivery depot. On the 5th working day I see you contacted the 3rd party delivey company to advise you wanted to cancel your order. We do offer an express delivery service but on this occassion you selected the Free Delivery 5- 14 Working Days on the shopping cart. If you wish to cancel an order or discuss your order it is always advisable to contact the retailer you purchased rather than the 3rd party delivery company as your our customer and contract is with us, we are always here to help and discuss your order. THe 3rd party delivery company have cancelled your delivery as per request last week to them otherwise the bath may have been delivered. As mentioned its been 7 working days since you placed your order, if you would like to proceed with your order we can request the 3rd party delivery company to reinstate your order for delivery. Products ok (I haven’t had them installed yet but look ok at a glance) - packaging was very poor with bits hanging out the cardboard. Delivery men were very hasty (albeit pleasant) - had to drag the shower up my stairs.
