“We, the church committee, chose Joy Plumbing from several quotations, not for reasons of price but for the positive way in which they dealt with us. From the lady on the telephone to the experts who came to give advice, we were impressed by their understanding of the products on offer and had absolute faith in their choice of boiler for us. We are delighted with our central heating systems as are all our church members.”

“They are very good at explaining what may be required and carrying out the work in a provisional manner at all times, from when I've seen them here working to a High Standard. “I asked Joy Plumbing to fix the hot water on my central heating system. I called them back as it still didn't work properly. They came and fixed it but now, a few months on it is still giving problems. I have to revert to using the immersion water heater sometimes because the CH hot water didn't heat up after I'd switched it on for 1, 2 3 hours and once 5 hours and it didn't take.”
