We are really sorry to hear you were not happy with our service, we did locate the source of the leak but were told that chef wouldn't allow us to work in the kitchen while he was inservice.

“Friendly, helpful & accommodating. I have used the company for several years now following installation of bathrooms & a new boiler. They have helped me out with various emergencies and general advice. I would definitely recommend Joy Plumbing”

“The boiler went on the blink just as my husband left for Italy-naturally, lol! I managed to get hold of Joy's number only after three in the afternoon. Despite being busy they managed to help me before sunset! I cannot be more satisfied and grateful! Thank you!”
