“I bought the nomination bracelet with one charm for my granddaughters 10 th birthday, we found it really difficult to put together. It was so frustrating, however once we did it it was fine and she loves it. But so so hard!”

“The website was really helpful in choosing the right ring. I received email notifications to update me about how long the process takes and when the engagement ring arrives. Maybe the little cube box (with the ring inside) could have had a better finition - that is why I put 4 stars instead of 5. But overall very satisfied with the purchase, and the ring looks fantastic! “overall very good with overall ordering process and speedy delivery however, a fact I didn't find out until my wife opened the present on Christmas Day, there had been a mistake and the birth month of my grandchild had been entered as February rather than September as ordered. Rather embarrassing though I probably should have checked when delivered so partly to blame myself. Not returned the link yet so await to see how that process works out but, based on previous efficiency demonstrated, im sure this will go smoothly. Overall very happy”

“Ordered a natural stone platinum ring.had a lab grown delivered instead.they said original order is now being made and have sent that one back.so,can’t fault them for service and haven’t received the new ring yet but can’t fault workmanship ect.a faultless service”
