“The item was ordered on 12 October as a gift from my son, they took the money immediately and the item is still out of stock. even after two emails without any acknowledgement I eventually had to send another email to request a refund. I am not happy with the service I have received and won't be using Joshua James again.”

“Joshua James posted my charms straight away but due to the Postal strike they didn’t arrive as quickly as usual. Bought one white and one pink Mother of Pearl Nomination charms to go with my black one. But I was a little disappointed because the pink one wasn’t much different in colour to the white one. But they are lovely charms.”
