“Great range of nomination charms on here the one my daughter was looking wasn't available in Argento and I was able to get it on here. I needed it for Christmas and ordered it 3 days before Christmas day and it arrives perfectly on time.”

“Only disappointed that nomination charms don't come with nomination bag. Also had a friend say the same. Go into jewellers and the charms come with one.”

“Satisfied with the charms but the items were ordered on 29/12/2019 and did not arrive until 06/01/2020- longer than 4 days.”

“I've bought lots of nomination jewellery from this site and they always arrive after just a couple of days with all the little packets ready to put the charms in. Love the fact they have a loyalty scheme too with points , I'm saving up to get a blue nomination bracelet next with the points I've got.”

“Items were as described. delivery was quick and nice that a small gift box was included. Customer service was less than helpful the first time round but clarified the second time of writing. All in all I will buy again.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery on a birthday present, still no parcel after 10 days. E-mailed Joshua James to be told they won't even look into it until 2wks have passed. Not much good to me as my mums birthday was last week. Not sure if I would order from them again ☹”

We understand your frustration with this matter, however this is Royal Mails policy which we have to abide by. Royal Mail have experienced times where an item has still been delivered within the 14 working day period. Therefore, please get in touch with us straight away on the 14th working day and we will take the next steps and raise an investigation with Royal Mail and then we can either arrange to re send your items by recorded post. Alternatively, we can always refund you for your order and declare this as 'Lost in Post'. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.
