“Excellent customer service and general service. I bought a bracelet for my mum for mother's day. A couple of the stones fell out. I thought it was a long shot to get it replaced as it had been a good few weeks. However the customer service was fantastic and I couldn't be happier that I got the bracelet replaced.”
