“Parcel was lost by Royal Mail due to address formatting incorrectly on Joshua James website. Didn’t offer any help to resolve the situation and Royal Mail will not offer a claim due to the postage service used not being covered”

“I love the nomination bracelet but did find it very fiddly inserting the charms. I wish I had known there’s a tool to help do it. The bracelet is pretty and the selection of charms is great and they are reasonably priced.”
