“Very very upset with my experience with this company, paid £180 for an item that was supposedly left outside my house without my permission and they refuse to take any responsibility and told me it was a civil matter and wouldn’t look into it further for me. They have taken my £180 and I had a last min rush to find a present as the one I ordered wasn’t available elsewhere in time”

“I ordered 4 number nomination charms for family members for Christmas and they came in good time as stated, however I the only gripe I have is that I didn’t get a free bracelet as I ordered outside the promotion dates I feel that this offer should be on all the time as it would be useful for birthdays etc.”

“We now have 4 joshua James jumpers in the family!! They are beautifully made of lovely wool. They are keeping the men folk warm both at work and in old age!! Easy to order, fast delivery and I have collected too. A great company with fantastic products.”

“overall very good with overall ordering process and speedy delivery however, a fact I didn't find out until my wife opened the present on Christmas Day, there had been a mistake and the birth month of my grandchild had been entered as February rather than September as ordered. Rather embarrassing though I probably should have checked when delivered so partly to blame myself. Not returned the link yet so await to see how that process works out but, based on previous efficiency demonstrated, im sure this will go smoothly. Overall very happy”
