“I had to wait an extra few days for my order as an item was out of stock. Your website did not show this when I placed the order. This was very disappointing as it was for a present which consequently was late. This is the reason for the rating.”

“Very disappointed with my purchase i bought a nomination bracelet and charms which arrived with scuffs on the bracelet and discolouring on the charms iv tried to contact customer services which someone would be in touch i have heard nothing. i am returning the items and hope for a full refund.”
