“I recently bought two nomination charms. Both arrived, one had a butterfly ‘dangle’ charm, which I put on my bracelet. The butterfly sheared off within a few days- disappointed ☹️”

“I was really disappointed to receive the wrong charm. It wasn’t the right colour, size or price. The only thing that was right was the word family was on it. They were good at responding to my email but I struggled to access the returns form but I finally did and it’s been returned. I’m still waiting for my original charm to arrive and it’s for a birthday in a couple of days. It has been posted but with strikes it seems to have been delayed. If the correct item had been picked this wouldn’t be an issue. There’s been no offer of reimbursement of delivery charges either.”

“I ordered 5 nomination charms and they arrived the next day. 17th Nov. Unfortunately they send one wrong charm. I had to return it pre paid. I contacted them again 25th November due to post they hadn't received it. Now 6th December and I am still waiting for the charm they said was posted by express post on 25th November. I know the company can't be responsible for post but amazing how quickly the first order came.”

“I ordered a nomination bracelet and charm which arrived very quickly and was pleased, But i wasn't told you needed the tool to make the bracelet i ordered one on the 23rd of November which i havent received yet and i am disappointed as it is a gift for my daughter on Friday and i will have to give it to her unwearable.”
