“I ordered a nomination charm for a birthday present which came looking tarnished, on closer inspection it was actually the silver that had either chipped off or not been designed correctly however for this product to be sent out like this I was shocked. After emailing about a returns I was told to use a silver cloth on the charm first and then send back if I still wasn’t happy. Safe to say the cloth didn’t work, now I have to pay to return the item as there is no returns label!! Highly disappointed and I have gone to order the charm from another website. One good thing was Delivery time was good to say things are moving a lot slower at the moment.”
