“I ordered 5 nomination charms and they arrived the next day. 17th Nov. Unfortunately they send one wrong charm. I had to return it pre paid. I contacted them again 25th November due to post they hadn't received it. Now 6th December and I am still waiting for the charm they said was posted by express post on 25th November. I know the company can't be responsible for post but amazing how quickly the first order came.”

“I ordered a nomination bracelet and charm which arrived very quickly and was pleased, But i wasn't told you needed the tool to make the bracelet i ordered one on the 23rd of November which i havent received yet and i am disappointed as it is a gift for my daughter on Friday and i will have to give it to her unwearable.”

“Very quick delivery and really pleased with the discount we received, it made a big difference as it was an expensive item from Thomas Sabo which which had looked at in the TS shop and decided not to buy it until we saw in in Joshua James. Would recommend”
