“Bracelet came with marks on impossible to speak to anyone on contact numbers eventually got a reply by email basically telling me to clean it unsure if the bracelet is genuine!”

“I ordered a bracelet for my adult daughter's birthday but was very disappointed when it was delivered. The bracelet was tiny and struggled to fit my 10-year-old grandaughter's wrist. Joshua James was unable to replace it with a larger size. It cost me £8.10 to return it. - an expensive experience!!”
