“Poor customer service!! Goods not received!! No one contacted me back !! False advertising!!!Ordered items for Christmas, on 18th December as advertised on the website all goods shipped with 24 hours Royal Mail service, so assumed they would arrive in time . No goods by 22 nd so phoned the contact number given the lady on who answered the phone said goods were In stock just not dispatched yet ?? , recurved a dispatch email on 23 rd saying they would indeed be using 24 hr Royal Mail delivery . So today is 29 th and I am still yet to receive these items!?? I have phoned and emailed with no reply. I will never use this company again,terrible customer service!!”

“I always use this stockist to purchase my nomination charms as they pretty much arrive next day including during the Christmas period. The range and quality of charms are fabulous too. Well done!!!”

“Service was good, quick! The only thing I would say is that the charms were just put through door in a Jiffy bag with no signature required so could of been quite dangerous if went through wrong door etc.”

“Not happy as I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and it took nearly 5 days to come! I know it was around Christmas period but don’t advertise it if you can’t promise it and false advertise, my niece present was late cause took so long, wouldn’t order nothing from here again”

“I PAID ON 3RD DEC AND WAS ADVISED MY ITEMS WAS DISPATCHED 13TH STILL NOT RECIEVED. WONT REPLY TO EMAIL WONT ANSWER CALLS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE LEFT MANY PPL WITHOUT THERE GIFTS AT XMAS CHECK THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE.”
