“I ordered my platinum wedding ring from Joshua James and throughout the process the customer service was amazing especially when I made changes to my order. The ring is beautiful and the packaging looks luxurious. I will definitely be buying from Joshua James again !!”

“If I could give them 0 stars I will do that. Experience with them it was worse ever. I returned my order and they didn’t give me my money back. They keep saying in the next 5 working days. And that’s it. I do not recommend. Worse customer service ever. Shame to them.”

“Bought a new charm for my Nomination bracelet. The only shop in my town have a limited selection, was looking for specific one in memory of my late mother. Charm arrived well wrapped in Nomination bag so could have been given straight to someone else for a gift. Will use Joshua James again if I can't find the charm I'm looking for. Thanks.”

“My daughter wanted a duck nomination charm and my local Argento said they were out of stock so I saw the charm on Joshua James and ordered it and it came a couple of days later and it was free delivery which was great as the nomination website were charging ten pounds for delivery. Thank you Joshua James.”
