Hello Bobbie, I have had a look at your order and can see you ordered Nomination charms. As stated on the new customer email and on our website, our NEW15 code does exclude Nomination products. “Delighted with the gold pendant, it was just what I was hoping for. The chain however is very thin as seen in the photo. I'd have willingly paid extra for a more substantial chain as I'm concerned it may break!”
