“Was sent the wrong charm,then was told i would have to wait till i had returned the wrongly sent one.I did so then to be told the charm i orderered originally was now out of stock and would have to wait till back in stock. Not impressded.....”

“I have bought charms for my nomination bracelet a few times from Joshua James. I have always been happy with the service and delivery. However, I have a little niggle this time. I bought a medical alert charm this time, assuming that I'd have to get my medical condition engraved on to it myself. I have found out that the Nomination site charge the same price and engrave it for you. As I live on a Scottish island this would have been much more convenient for me. As I now have to travel to the mainland to have it engraved. Thus escalating the cost quite a bit.”

“lovely nomination charms, glad the gift box has improved slightly since my last order, the only complaint I have is that there is no gift bag provided which you are given if buy a nomination in a store. Its only a small thing, but when for a gift such as a 50th birthday which I purchased one of these for it would be nice to be in a gift bag.”
