“I ordered a troll bead from Joshua James online as a gift. My order was processed quickly and was delivered in a couple of days. The service I had was great, as for the troll bead I cannot comment as it's not something I know anything about.”

“I ordered a nomination bracelet and one charm. The bracelet came flat, (not joined) and the charm separate. I believe there is some sort of tool you can use to attach the charms as I have as yet been unable to attach the charm and join the bracelet. This tool was not included. Perhaps contact from you asking if I wanted the charm attached and the bracelet joined would have been better customer service.”

“Fabulous. Left it a little late to order and was worrying that it wouldn’t arrive until after the date it was intended as a gift for. Spoke with a member of staff (sorry I didn’t take his name) very friendly and promised to do what he could. It arrived with two days to spare. Much appreciated will definitely be back.”
