“Very very poor service - been awaiting delivery of items and promised delivery on 4 different dates. Being passed from pillar to.post and fobbed off - my Mother ordered items in good faith for my Daughters 21st and paid for express delivery and is extremely distressed as she cannot get ANYONE to actually speak to her about this order. Shame on Joshua James for causing such distress to an elderly lady.”

“Great service so why am I still waiting 11 days later? No cards too say delivered somewhere else. If they were left on the doorstep when I wasn't in that is despicable not leaving a card. I want my items and quick please”

“I recently bought a Nominations bracelet and 3 links as a gift. I have always used this company and find them efficient and professional. They have a great choice of jewellery and I love Nominations. The only thing is the little gadget to fit the links. I gave mine to the recipient of the gift, as it is fiddly otherwise,to add or remove links. I will need to get another. Otherwise I am delighted with the purchase and would highly recommend Joshua James. Thank you again.”
