“No issues with the quality of products. Don't understand how you can take an order close to Christmas and not mention the product ordered is out of stock? Has happened numerous times before. Surely before confirming the order a customer should be told the product is out of stock??”

“When I ordered my nomination charm it was in stock I got a email to say it was out of stock but once it was back in stock it arrived to me in plenty of time was pleased with the service and how quickly it arrived”

“Normally good service, but... I wish the website was accurate in terms of the items being 'in stock' or not. On several occasions now I have ordered an item that is listed in stock, but then I receive an email telling me that it is delayed due to waiting for stock to arrive, and most recently having my order cancelled because the item is no longer available - yet the website still lists it as 'in stock'. Sort that out and it would be a very good service!”

“We had a problem with some item that were returned to the store. Because of a mix up with our address. We made a visit to the shop to collect them. One item is still in the postal system. We are awaiting a refund for this item. Thank you for your help”

“Items easy to order and arrived quickly via royal mail. However I wasn't happy that klarna credit did a credit check on me and my rating has now decreased. I paid by debit card in full but bank statement shows klarna credit not joshua james. I messaged joshua james and they just said they shouldn't have run a check if I paid in full (end of). Beware as this can have a negative effect on your credit score. Mine's still excellent but that's not the point you don't purchase items on debit card normally and have a credit check.”
