The order process was simple, and no delivery charge a bonus. However, the website suggested the item was in stock. Only found this out after the order was placed and money taken. This meant the item was too late for the intended present.

I bought the letter a nomination charm in gold for a friend and it was so nice but another friend bought the letter v and they hadn't told her it was out of stock until she purchased it and it was for a present so now she has to wait for it to be delivered been back in stock

Pleased with easy ordering process and delivery was prompt but disappointed in the charm as it was much smaller than I had anticipated

Disappointed with delivery time. Order placed Friday approx 2pm. Confirmation of despatch received at 4pm on same day. Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr. Order did not arrive until Thursday of the following week therefore the recipient received their gift one day late :(

All is good ordering from JJ. But on my last order I was sent the wrong item and having written an email to try and get it replaced received no response. Disappointing. But will keep trying to get the correct charm.

The store has a wide selection of the Nomination products I joined as an account holder early December. I found the ordering process good but, I was disappointed with the delay in receiving my 1st order, which also arrived incomplete. I also had a great deal of trouble getting contact with the telephone customer services advisers & getting responses to my enquiry emails, which I tried 1st. Once I did they were great, my issues were resolved by very helpful staff & I have since re-ordered, but after the Christmas period. Its a pity they don't get more staff in at busy times as I'm sure I wouldn't have had the multiple, frustrating multiple problems I had!

Item was as described however paid extra for express delivery however the order was placed on 1/1/19 and payment processed on same date. Was not delivered until Saturday 5th, not what I call express delivery..

Item as described. Little disappointed that had to buy a link to be able to buy a bracelet...but believe this is common with Nomination sales. Delivery didn't arrive on time otherwise would have reviewed as 4 stars.

Ordered two charms and a bracelet. Charms are lovely. Bracelet was wrong colour. Waited nearly 4 weeks for delivery for one charm that was in stock when ordered.

I ordered 6 nomination charms at a cost of £114 for Christmas when I did not receive an email regarding delivery I looked at my account to see something was out of stock and therefore none of the order had been dispatched. When I called I was informed that they were now in stock and would be dispatched the next day. I feel that an email to update me with the situation would have been courteous. Also I was disappointed there weren’t any nomination bags or boxes to wrap the charms in only the small pouches were included and there wasn’t any tissue paper or nomination stickers. These charms were bought as gifts and it was a shame I couldn’t present them nicely in the branded pancaking.

Accidentally ordered same charm twice and billed twice realised and tried to contact, telephone being ignored continually. Have on a previous occasion sent an online form but it was never replied to. Good products but dreadful communication.

Hello all, after received my nomination bracelet and opening it I panicked over the size I ordered 15" with a charm at this point I did not realise it was a part of the link as I originally thought it would pop over a link so it looked very small and I emailed you Saturday 15th Dec with my query and still not heard back to date. I have rang also the telephone no advised on the contact us and whoever answers cuts it off straight away. I have reviews page and there are customers who have already complained of this. Otherwise happy with time frame for delivery disappointed with no response. Thank you.

Jewellery is perfect, but had dispatched email way before item was dispatched, when i questioned this they said they didnt actually have any in stock

The braclet was nice however it came in no box, but with an unassembled box that the braclet didn’t fit in. Had to buy a charm with the braclet despite not wanting one and it doesn’t look like the picture, it looks cheap and it was more expensive than the braclet.

The downfall for me was that the charm never came in a solid box. Like I would receive if brought from the store. It's a Christmas gift and having to Make the gift box for it from cardboard was disappointing
