“I bought a Nomination starter bracelet and two charms for my daughter for her 30th birthday. One of the charms was expensive at £39. On arrival, the charm was tarnished. I contacted Joshua James straight away. They apologized and offered a replacement however it then wouldn't have arrived in time for my daughters birthday so i had no other choice but to purchase a silver cloth and clean the tarnish myself. I did suggest to the employee that it would be better next time, to check the quality of the stock before dispatch to which he agreed.”

“Hi ordered an nomination charm for a mothers day present let me order it had an email to say it was ordered also paid £1.99 for a quick delivery then a couple of days later received an email saying waiting on stock .not to happy the fact it never said out of stock I would of orders something else tried email no response tried ringing no response feel very let down”

“The buying process was really simple, however my package has yet to arrive - it's been 8days so far - I've sent 3 or 4 messages and had 1 reply. Since the jewellery was for Mother's day and I subsequently had to buy a replacement I would like a refund but noone seems to be getting back to me.”
