“I groaned after I place the order as the website said "in stock" and then an e-mail landed to say "out of stock ". This watch was intended for my granddaughter's birthday. However, very soon after the watch was on the way and has now arrived - in time for the actual day. It is very pretty and just what is required for a young girl who wants a more grown up watch and is presented very nicely.She is eagerly awaiting the present.”

“Disappointed with delivery time. Order placed Friday approx 2pm. Confirmation of despatch received at 4pm on same day. Delivery via Royal Mail 48hr. Order did not arrive until Thursday of the following week therefore the recipient received their gift one day late :(”

“I ordered 2 links for a nomination bracelet,Joshua James sent an email to inform me they were out of stock. I rang and spoke to a lady called Vicki who was extremely helpful.
