“I placed my order on 22nd November and although I never received a dispatch message they say it was sent on that day. I’m still waiting for it. Very poor as I ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas. They say I have to wait until 12th December before they’ll follow it up. The same thing happened to my sister last year won’t be using them again.”

“If I could give them no stars I would. I have used them twice before and no issues, plus both times 5**, but things seem to have changed. I don't know why they have a telephone number as no one answers it and it auto cuts off after 3 minutes. I am still waiting to hear if my order will be here in 2-3 days, plus confirmation of error in order in their system. A simple phone call or proper e-mail from a person, rather than an automated system would save them and their customers time, rant over, but will not be using again and will be going to LinkedIn and Facebook, Twitter to slate the awful service. They seem to forget online retailers need to offer service as well!!!”

“Not received any of jewellery ordered. Said items were in stock and it would be next day delivery but nope apparently out of stock. Steer clear. No idea what is happening because I'm over £100 out of pocket and no goods. DO NOT USE”

“Never received order never replied to my emails or phone calls had to cancel order in the end and get money back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company only put 1 star because I could not put none. Appalling customer service”
