“Hello, Shocking service to be honest. Made a purchase for a mum charm last Monday as it was my mums birthday last Wednesday. Received a email on Tuesday saying you was awaiting stock, surely if it’s out of stock in the first place, make it known on your website so that your customers are aware before purchasing. I then received an email last Friday saying it was on its way, guess what I’m still awaiting to arrive? I’ll let you take that guess:) If it hasn’t arrived by Monday latest, I want a full refund. “I rang a local jewellers for a particular Nomination charm. They didn’t have it and said they could order it and it would come within 4 to 6 weeks. I ordered the charm from Joshua James and it was in my hands within 2 days complete with the gift packaging (it was a Birthday gift). Extremely impressed with the service.”

“I ordered items with a delivery time of 48 hours. They did not arrive until 96 hours later. I emailed the company - received an automated reply. It is now 6 days since my complaint, no contact. Very disappointed.”
