“Pleased with my order but not the delivery. I had to arrange to reschedule the pick up at Homebase as I was not at home on the first delivery attempt. On picking it up it was in an AT envelope which would easily go through my letterbox like my previous other JJ deliveries. So why was it not put through my letterbox??”

“Ordered 2 nomination charms. 1 arrived 2 days later the other no sign of it. Recorded message blames the post office yet the pure lack of customer service makes the.matter worse. I will never purchase from this company again....”

“I ordered a charm for myself and 2 charms for gifts . My charm and one of the gift charms were fixed together I cannot understand why they were sent like this at all, I could not separate them . A colleague at work has a tool and she managed to do it for me but she said they were very hard to separate I don’t know what I would have done without her help. This is the first time I have ordered from Joshua James and was disappointed .”

“Placed order on the 10th December & paid extra for quicker delivery. Website says dispatched on the 11th December. Now the 21st December, no delivery & still waiting. They don't / can't / won't answer the phone & don't respond to emails. Had to raise an issue with PayPal to try & resolve.”
