“The man's wedding ring came beautifully presented and secured. On the day of delivery, I wasn't in so the item was safely left at the post office where I later collected it. From order to delivery, I believe it was approx. 4 weeks, which is to be expected as it is made to order. Overall very pleased.”

“After mistakenly ordering a blank charm which I originally wanted engraving I contacted the store, I didn’t have time to send the item back as it was a gift and the store agree’d that if I could travel to the store they would engrave the same day for me. This only took 30 minutes. Very helpful and great customer service.”
