“It was so easy ordering from Joshua James the charms arrived when stated on delivery and well packaged. Also included was gift boxes for each charm which was unexpected but a nice touch. I will order from them again.”

“Very disappointed as the item I ordered has not arrived. Now my mum will not have the charm fir Xmas and told to wait 14 days before they will do anything!! Not good when ordered and paid fie any now it's going to be after Xmas. Very unhappy”
