“Says items on stock when not, never get enough boxed for the amount off items delivered, and you dont get a gift box for any items, so your disappointing especially if giving an expensive gift on a small envelope the box( the small card one that holds the charm) so not too impressed to be honest 😥😥”

“Was quite dissapointed with how long the charm took to be delivered considering I only live in Willerby . Aproximately 3 miles from me . This was a birthday present for someone and I was getting quite anxious as to whether it was going to be delivered on time .”
