“I ordered my daughter a nomination charm for her birthday , it’s been nearly four weeks and it still hasn’t arrived . Customer service is also lacking I’ve been waiting in someone to contact me regarding my missing order for 3 days .”

“It’s the Ist time i have bought from Jonathan James. There was a problem when trying to order online. I rang them but they don’t take orders by phone. I emailed them, they was very efficient and replied back almost straight away. After a few more emails the problem with ordering online was sorted and i was able to place my order. I was very happy with the nomination charms, the efficiency of the company and the speedy delivery. I would absolutely recommend using them, i certainly will be in future. Thank you Jonathan James 👏👏”
