“Service and delivery was excellent the only compaint I would have is if you are starting offers I would suggest that you informed your customers about them, a few days after my purchase I received an email from yourselves letting me know if I purchased two charms I could claim a free bracelet... Not good enough a few days after my purchase..”

“I love Joshua James jewellery, two years ago l bought my sister (who was visiting from American for her 60 birthday) a nominations bracelet and two charms. Each year l buy two more charms for her and post them to her in America. Joshua James always have good range of nominations charms, their web site is easy to use and ordering is easy and they always come beautifully packed. I would recommend anyone to use Joshua James jewellery for gifts”
