“Ordered item a nomination charm, never said it was out of stock, I've emailed the company and had no communication back. If I knew the item wasnt in stock I would of ordered else where! Not even an email to say item out of stock, cant even amend item for money back.. I dont have much money and it's my friends birthday on monday.. I cant even replace the gift. Wont be ordering again from Joshua james in future”

“I’m not to sure why there is bad reviews, I have been ordering from here for about two years now for my nominations charms around Christmas too! Very quick delivery, I did have complications around Christmas but it’s understandable due to how busy they will be but it come in time?”

“Tells you that items are In stock but then once you have paid for the item they tell you that they are awaiting stock before they can dispatch your item so dont trust the estimated delivery date you will be made to wait longer, better off ordering from a more trusted seller!”
