“Purchased 2 charms for my daughters birthday. They arrived 2 days later, included 2 envelopes to put them in and a gift bag. I have used Joshua James a few times in the past and I always find them really efficient and courteous.”

“Items purchased - silver bracelet and earrings with October pink birthstone. Lovely quality, gift boxed and arrived in quick time. Bracelet was delicate and maybe finer than I thought. The recipient loved them.”

“I got an email to say the charm I wanted was back in stock, beautiful Nativity scene, had a little longer to wait for it to arrive, possibly due to PO strikes, but well worth waiting for. It is a Christmas present to go with the other two charms I ordered for one of my granddaughters. Thank you Joshua James.”
