“Have ordered from here a few times and always been fab service and delivery on time. My last purchased though, turned up broken and they wont take responsibility for it, leaving me now to take matters further. Very very disappointed and will never buy from here again!”

“Easy to order from, quick delivery. Only comment I’d make is the charm ordered was sent with a package box titled Happy Holidays. This wasn’t a Christmas gift and was ordered after Christmas, it’s for a birthday at the end of January so have had to purchase alternative packaging as Happy Holidays is not appropriate (and wouldn’t be at Christmas either for that matter as ordered in UK).”
