“The friends charm was poor quality, the writing was faded. Would have returned but it was for a friends birthday present and wouldn’t have returned and replaced in time. The neice abd unicorn charms were lovely!”

“I am very happy with the service, quality & price of the bracelet! However I ordered a 17cm bracelet and that is meant to be 19 links instead it came as a 17 link which makes it 15cm! Luckily I bought extra charms from elsewhere to extend it. Other than that mistake, I am very happy with the product!”

“This company does not send what is advertised on their own website. I ordered 4 Nomination charms as gifts and only received packaging for 2 of them. even though they advertise that ALL Nomination comes with packaging, so best to use Argento or John Greed if you require packaging and decent customer service and these are unhelpful. Oh and I forgot they state that items are in stock and then advise after ordering that they are waiting for stock for many days. So unreliable if you need for a gift.”

“Honestly if I could give Joshua James 100 stars I would. Fabulous service. I ordered a nomination charm for a leaving gift for one of my staff. I ordered this Friday afternoon and received Saturday morning. Even though I'd paid for Royal Mail 24, I didn't even expect it to be dispatched until the Monday so I was very impressed. Off the back of this I ordered a nomination bracelet and 2 charms along with the nomination to for myself. This was dispatched within a couple of days after awaiting stock delivery. When this arrived the tool was missing. I phoned the shop and spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for a new tool to be sent to me, this arrived the following day. Wonderful service, will definitely use again would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.”
