“The Trollbeads I bought from Joshua James were lovely but the courier company (DPD) was terrible and my order took much longer to get to me than normal. I contacted JJ and they looked into the issue updated me. I shouldn’t have to keep emailing a company to find out where my order is as the tracking information wasn’t up to date and twice it said package was being returned to JJ”

“Great service! Only recommendation would be to state on the website if items are in stock or not as I ordered something but wasn't aware there would be a delay (only a day or 2). Other than that, great items and prices, would definitely recommend!”

“This was a present for my daughter-in-law so I don't know if she likes it yet but I do! It's a lovely charm, as are the other charms I've bought. The delivery is second to none & it's free which is a bonus! Can't fault the service or product at all. Just brilliant! A very happy customer!!”
