“Loved my sparkly Swarovski stud earrings. They came with a rather large box which I didn’t need so threw away, next time I will request the earrings without a box. I would like to order another pair in a different colour but disappointingly they are no longer on the website. Arrived quickly. Very pleased with my purchase, good price too, thank you.”

“So the charms i ordered were a birthday present to my wife were a present from the boys and I but when they delivered there was 1 missing. This was reflected in the order invoice but no warning had been given that 1 would be missing. Sent e-mails and tried the phone number (which tells you to then send e-mails) but no response. Would prefer the charm ordered but should at least get my money back if it is not going to be delivered but no response so far.”

“Ordered earrings on the 18th as needed them for tomorrow 31st still no sign of them.you said been posted.i habe not received them as it a gift for my wife birthday tomorrow,emailed a few times getting no where.not happy at all.”

“I ordered 3 charms for a special birthday present, I paid for quick delivery which I was pleased with, when the charms arrived one was not what I had ordered, I had to send the charm back this took over a week for a replacement and i had to pay the postage, I was disappointed they didn’t refund the postage or even give me a voucher for discount of my next purchase .”
