“Ordered a bracelet and charm for a birthday present when it came there was only a charm no bracelet and no one is answering the phone or returning emails now I'm out of pocket and have to buy another present . Will never use this site again? What happened to customer service ?”

“Ordered a Swarovski stallion for my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary gift wrapped, and we received it in very good time. It was well wrapped to withstand the riggers of transportation. A very good service provided by Joshua James, I only hope they maintain their stock of Swarovski figurines, as we will use them again”

“Although the product is very good quality, the service is not so good, if you can’t guarantee 1-2 days delivery this shouldn’t be an option I paid for 1st class delivery and it took 9 days to arrive I contacted customer Service via email but only got an automated reply via email and nothing else yes I know our post is delayed hence why I said if you know you can’t guarantee this it should not be a delivery option thanks”
