“I purchased 2 nomination charms from your selfs and was expecting them to arrive 3 days later but they took a fortnight to arrive and as they were a Christmas present I had no option but to go out and buy another 2 in Case I didn't have anything to give my wife at Christmas. And I was given the excuse that delivery around Xmas is slow if I had known about that I wouldn't have purchased from yourselfs as I said I had to buy elsewhere to make sure.”

“Order a nomination charm on the 12th December for a Christmas present and I’m still yet to receive it. Tried to ring shop most days and emailed lots. Only in the last feed days have I had a reply saying they will investigate with the Royal Mail.”

“Hi I would like to leave a review. I tried to contact Joshua James over the christmas period as I had paid for express delivery and hadnt received my order. However, i went to my local post office and they advised me it doesnt matter what royal mail service people have paid for, the problem is the post office cannot deliver the high volume of post they received. My order was fortunately found in a pile which was waiting to be posted. The order I have received is perfect and of good quality. The person they were brought for is extremely happy with the earrings.”
