“I bought a gift for my mother’s birthday, the charm came used, the silver faded warn, item was generally grubby. Incredibly disappointed with the standard of this item I ended up sending it back but did get a full refund.”

“I bought my wedding ring online from Joshua James Jewellery and I can't wait to wear it! Lovely design and perfect fit. I somehow managed to mark it for collection (i live in Scotland so it would be some commute!) and they kindly reached out to me to let me know and to double check what the delivery address should be. The ring arrived within a few days. Fair price and great service - would highly recommend!”
