“After spending almost $100 altogether for this bracelet for my son and waiting weeks for it to come (it came on Christmas Eve) it’s broken and it’s February. Not even two months and the inside of it has somehow broken in half the whole thing is trash. I wouldn’t spend a penny on any of their stuff.”

“Slight problem with communication that a charm was not stock. However, when I rang to explain I needed a charm urgently as it was a birthday present Joshua James were very helpful and sent my order first class by the next day. Thank you very much.”
