“Jewellery beautiful would of been nice to of been sent a bag for my nomination charm to go into instead of the little card, a bag would look better as it was a gift and I didn't see an option to say it was a gift”

“I have always been very happy with the quality and speedy delivery of Joshua James jewellery. Over the years I have ordered many items and recommended this company to others who have also placed orders. I have however been disappointed more than once when I have just missed out on an offer, literally by days. When I asked if they would honour the offer given I am long standing customer, I was given a flat NO which was very disappointing!”

“Terrible service. Have used the company on two occasions. First time they took my money and didn’t tell me an item was out of stock until I chased a number of days later. In hindsight should not have given them the benefit of the doubt and used again. On this occasion items were ordered and supposedly dispatched yet 10 days later still hadn’t arrived. Was told they had used Royal Mail 48 hour service and when I asked for the tracking number I was told they had actually used Royal Mail standard service. Not an honest company, not good customer service and would certainly not recommend using them as you end up disappointed and without gifts you had ordered well in advance. Absolute shambles. I was told would have to wait 14 days to log as lost post with Royal Mail before they could issue a refund, yet when I mentioned that I felt they hadn’t been honest about the service they issued a refund immediately. I am waiting to hear what they want me to do if the items arrive, though I think they probably won’t as they were so quick to issue a refund. I suspect the items were never dispatched in the first place.”
