“Ordered a bracelet and charm 2 weeks ago and still had nothing, customer service is poor i had to send an email all in capitals for them to finally reply saying my order was sent out untracked and will be with me shortly. still had nothing, avoid at all costs!”

“The braclet was nice however it came in no box, but with an unassembled box that the braclet didn’t fit in. Had to buy a charm with the braclet despite not wanting one and it doesn’t look like the picture, it looks cheap and it was more expensive than the braclet.”

“The downfall for me was that the charm never came in a solid box. Like I would receive if brought from the store. It's a Christmas gift and having to Make the gift box for it from cardboard was disappointing”

“Avoid this company at all costs, no customer services at all, I rang for the past 2 weeks every single day and nobody answered the phone.. I ordered two charms on the 26th November and they haven't arrived yet,my partner's birthday was two days ago and had to buy from another company which they delivered the product in 2 working days!!!!! Shame on you all who work for Joshua jewelery, ripping off people everyday!!! Where's my refund?? How can I even claim a refund?? HELLOOOOOO????”
