“Received the wrong item I ordered. Was offered to return the item and have another sent out but this was for a Christmas Present and was advised there wasn’t enough time to send out the correct item. Was not offered any form of compensation for their mistake. First time using company won’t be using it again”

“not happy that the item purchased for christmas is still not recieved ,i have also sent 2 emails re this and as yet have had no reply ,i paid extra postage to have the bracelet arrive in time ,not a happy customer”
