“Ordered a charm for a present for my wife. I ordered the charm with 6 days for it to arrive, but I wasn’t told till I had paid for the charm that it was out of stock and awaiting more stock. The item arrived 1 week later than I needed it for. I also had paid for 1 day delivery so I would receive it in time for when it was needed. Pointless present when it is a week late. Wasn’t happy with the service I received from Joshua James when I emailed them about it, jade was not very sympathetic about my situation. Would she be happy getting her present a week late probably not.”
