“The necklace was lovely. Unfortunately it took over a week from ordering to arrive even though we'd paid for 24hr, so it didn't arrive in time for her Prom, which was really disappointing. The postage was reimbursed.”

“My platinum wedding band is perfect. The engraving on the inside of it is beautiful. I contacted customer services as I was ordering the ring last minute. They assured me that they would get it to me on time. Then I’d ordered the wrong size so emailed again the day after I’d made the order and they changed the size. The service from staff at Joshua James both in the phone and by email was excellent. They were so helpful and kept in touch with me to let me know when the ring was on its way and I received it sooner than expected. Beautiful quality ring at the best price. Thank you”

“Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered a charm for a special occasion for my daughter, paid for next day delivery, 4 days later, multiple emails and nothing. Finally got hold of someone who told me that i'd need to wait for an investigation to be done and then hopefully a refund and new order!”

“I have bought numerous pieces of jewellery from here over the last couple of years especially personilised item for family and friends on virthdays and at Xmas the items are always beautily presented in gift boxes I won't order jewellery from anywhere else now Joshau James is the best you'll receive absolutely beautiful items at a great price plus the chance to pay in instalments if needed definitely a 5 star service”
