“Very disappointed actually, the pyramid charm I brought for my Nan's birthday, to represent when we went to Egypt a few years ago, arrived with part of the gold missing off the pyramid, there are lines where the gold is meant to be. I had planned to return it after she had seen it for her birthday, but as she has poor eye sight she did not notice and to not disappoint her I didn't mention it. Not very happy with the purchase at all and I wont be making another.”

“I ordered a Nomination charm on 7th January for a birthday present. It arrived accompanied by a cheap presentation box that had 'HAPPY HOLIDAYS' on the face of it. I have now had to make a special journey to purchase a suitable (non Christmas) box. Im quite disapointed.”
