“Finally had refund after asking 4 times as was waiting and waiting for over £100 worth of missing nomination charms since 15th April. This was 1st and last time I would use this company as was always blaming royal mail and royal.mail not have any issues as have received many online orders via royal mail within 4 to 5 days from order date and deliveries from America have arrived. You can never get hold of this company only via support e-mail which takes days to get a reply. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.”

“I always buy my husbands Nomination charms from Joshua James Jewellery, always gorgeous, always quickly shipped and no concerns at all. The only thing I would say is the ‘nomination bag’ I would prefer if there was one sent, but I will always buy from here.”
